In Amsterdam we are fully prepared for unpredictable weather. All of our pedicabs are coming with foldable rain covers and blankets on board. 

Also we carry umbrellas for extra help in rainy conditions. We can ensure you will feel like on 1st class flight

We don`t charge in advance. You pay at the end for your tour to the driver. 

⚠️For weekend bookings and summer season we charge a small deposit of 20.00 € 

We accpet every cash currency which is listed at the Exchange offices and we give you a Google Exchange Rate (you get best value for your cash). 

 Also we accept all major payment ways via credit or debit card such as American Express, Visa, Master card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto

Your safety is our priority. Our pedicabs are all insured and undergo regular maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines. All of our guides are trained to ensure a safe and pleasant journey for everyone.

Absolutely! Our tours are designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring a comfortable experience for seniors and those with reduced mobility. Every Pedicab is equiped with roof stand for foldable wheelchair or walker.

Yes, you can change or cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the tour. Just contact us, and we’ll help you with the adjustments.

⚠️ If its less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour/ride, a small cancelation fee of 20.00 € will be required
